Registration

1. Introduction
Welcome to Aquakidz Swim School. We kindly ask all parents and guardians to read and familiarize themselves with the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all swimmers and families. By enrolling yourself or your child, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Enrollment and Registration
2.1 All students or their guardian must complete a registration form prior to attendance of lessons.
2.2 Accurate medical and personal information must be provided at the time of registration.
2.3 The swim school reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion.

3. Fees and Payment
3.1 All Lesson fees must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Fees are payable termly (60% during the first week and the remaining 40% the week before half term).
3.3 Late payments may result in suspension of lessons and jeopardize future enrollment at the swim school.
3.4 Fees are non-transferable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Missed lessons by students are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4.2 The swim school reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, maintenance, instructor illness).
4.4 Refunds, if any, will be processed by a director and may take some time depending on his/her availability.

5. Attendance and Punctuality
5.1 Students are expected to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled lesson.
5.2 Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson time without compensation.
5.3 Consistent absenteeism may lead to forfeiture of a student’s place.

6. Health and Safety
6.1 Students are not allowed to enter the pool without the instructor’s permission.
6.2 Students must be in good health when attending lessons.
6.3 Students must wear appropriate swimming attire (recommended one-piece swimsuit for females and fitted briefs for males and swimming caps for any individual with long hair, swim diapers are required for infants and toddlers).
6.4 Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to participation.
6.5 Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children outside of lesson times.
6.6 All participants and any person accompanying them must always adhere to the pool safety rules and instructor guidance.
6.7 Accompanying individuals must remain off deck during lesson times.

7. Conduct and Discipline
7.1 Respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and other students is required.
7.2 Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from lessons without a refund.
7.3 The swim school maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abuse.

8. Liability Waiver and Medical Consent
8.1 Participation in swimming lessons carries inherent risks
8.2 The swim school, its staff, and instructors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during lessons.
8.3 Participants (or parents/guardians) agree to assume all associated risks.

9. Photography and Media Consent
9.1 The swim school may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
9.2 Written consent will be obtained where required.
9.3 Participants may opt out by notifying management in writing or during the registration process.
9.4 Parents are only allowed to photograph/film their own child during lessons.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
11.1 The swim school reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
11.2 Notice of changes will be communicated to customers.

10. Personal Belongings
10.1 The swim school is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
10.2 Students are encouraged to keep valuables secure.
